Deals thatapply themselves.
Set an offer up once and the till does the rest: it finds the best deal for each customer, badges the products on offer and nudges when one more item would unlock a saving.
Reasons to buy, and reasons to come back
Four kinds of offer, coupons, gift cards, store credit and points — all through the same calculator as every sale.
Sales
A percentage or an amount off each item, for the dates you choose.
Buy X, get Y
Buy two, get one free — or half price, or something else from another shelf.
Multi-buys, mix and match
Three for two, or two for $30, across every colour and flavour you include.
Spend and save
Spend $100, save $10. It comes on top of the item offers, on what is left.
Aimed where you want
Everything, or chosen categories, brands, products and tags — with a start and an end date.
Coupons
Codes with a minimum spend, an expiry and a limit on uses, in total and per customer. They stack with offers unless an offer says no.
Gift cards
Physical cards for the counter and digital ones by email. They never expire and are never taxed.
Store credit
Every customer has a wallet. Refund into it, top it up, and take it as payment at the till or online.
Loyalty points
Customers earn a share of what they pay back in points, at the rate you set, and turn points into store credit.
A saving belongs to the items that earned it
When three items earn a 3-for-2, the saving is shared over all three. So when one comes back, the refund is what that item really cost — not its sticker price, and not nothing.
- Each item gets at most one item offer: the one that saves the customer most
- The best spend offer reached comes on top
- Always in the same order: line discounts, offers, the cart discount, the coupon, then tax
- Points are earned on what was paid before tax
Handled like cash
A gift card is sold like any other item and loaded the moment the sale is paid. Its code is a secret from then on.
- Physical cards with codes we generate for your printer, or your printer’s own codes pasted in
- Digital cards emailed when the sale is paid
- Staff only ever see the last four characters of a code
- Gift cards sold stay out of your sales figures until they are spent
A reason to come back
Points and store credit sit on the customer, in view at the till. Nothing to hand out, nothing to stamp.
- Points on every sale, at the rate you choose
- Points turn into store credit, which pays like any other tender
- A return without a receipt can go to store credit instead of cash
- The same balance in the shop, in the online store and in the app

Do offers work in the online store too?
Every offer runs at the till. Switch an offer on for online and it applies at the online store’s checkout as well, by the same rules.
Can a customer use a coupon with an offer?
Yes, unless you set the offer to refuse coupons. The coupon is worked out on what is left after the offers.
Do gift cards expire?
No. They keep their balance until it is spent. A gift card cannot be used to buy another gift card, and a gift card on a sale cannot be returned.
What are points worth?
You decide both rates: how many points a customer earns for what they spend, and how much store credit a point becomes.
What happens to an offer when an item is returned?
The refund is the item’s share of what was paid. The saving was shared over the items that earned it, so the sums still add up.
