The point of salethat runs the whole store.
DistrxPos is the till, the stockroom and the online shop in one. Scan and sell at the counter, keep every store's stock true to the unit, run offers that apply themselves and publish an online store from the same catalog — with one sales engine behind all of it, so prices, tax and discounts never disagree.
Everything the counter needs
Everything the counter needs. Nothing it doesn’t.
The till, the stockroom, your customers and the books — in one quiet, fast back office that every role on the team can learn in an afternoon.
A till that keeps up
Scan anywhere on the screen, or search by name, SKU or barcode with the keyboard. Hold a cart and pick it up on any till, split the payment, and see stock for this store on every tile.
Stock you can trust
Every move is an atomic check on what is available plus a line in an append-only ledger, so two tills can never sell the last unit twice. Carts reserve stock, transfers count in neither store while in transit.
Offers that apply themselves
Sales, buy X get Y, mix-and-match multi-buys and spend-and-save — dated, and aimed at categories, brands, products or tags. Each item gets the deal that saves the customer most.
Returns & exchanges
Scan the receipt’s barcode and refund to the original method or store credit, or swap for something else. No receipt? Today’s price and a manager’s approval.
Gift cards
Physical cards for the counter and digital ones by email, with no expiry. Codes are secrets: staff only ever see the last four.
Tills, shifts & cash-up
Name each till, open a shift with a counted float, record pay-ins and pay-outs with a reason, and close on a blind count. X and Z reports print on an 80 mm printer.
Manager approval
Refunds on the spot, pay-outs and no-receipt returns ask for a manager’s PIN right at the till. Single-use, five minutes, and on the record.
Customer display
A second screen facing the customer: a welcome and today’s offers, every item and saving as it is rung up, then thank you, change and points earned.
Wallet & points
Store credit and loyalty points on every customer, points that turn into credit, and tax-exempt customers with their certificate on every receipt.
Invoices & sales tax
US sales tax stacked by state, county and city, worked out per line in exact cents. Gap-free invoice numbers and a PDF for every invoice.
Bring your catalog
Import products, stock and customers from CSV or Excel. Preview what will change first, then let it run in the background.
Reports & exports
Sales by day, store and cashier, tips kept apart from revenue, and CSV exports on every list — plus barcode labels printed straight from the catalog.
Sells when the internet doesn’t
The till keeps a copy of your catalog, prices, offers and tax, takes cash while it is offline and sends the sales by itself when the connection is back.
Age checks
Give a product or a whole category a minimum age. The till, the app and the online checkout all ask before the sale can be paid, and the date of birth is never stored.
The till in your pocket
An app for iPhone, iPad and Android: the full till with the camera as its scanner, plus stock counts, online orders, customers and reports.
Runs on what is already on the counter
It is a web app: no installs and no special terminals. Laid out for a desktop, an iPad in either orientation and a phone, with the cart as a bottom sheet.
Ring up a sale. Right here.
A real till with a few things on the shelf. Tap products, watch the offers kick in, take the money and print the receipt — on the same receipt printer your till uses. Nothing is saved or charged.
Stock goes down as you sell, and a product can’t be sold past its last unit. Socks are 3 for 2; a tote is half price with each tee.
The cart is empty

Built for the Saturday rush
Everything at the counter is a keystroke or a tap away. Scan, search, split the bill and print — on a desktop, an iPad or a phone, on the same screen your whole team already knows.
- A barcode scan adds the item wherever the cursor is — no field to click first
- Search by name, SKU or barcode; ↑/↓ and Enter, with stock on every result
- Hold a cart and pick it up on any till; a take-over is asked for and written down
- Split tenders, quick cash and a keypad, with the change worked out as you type
- Tips when you want them — kept out of revenue and never taxed
Stock that’s true to the unit
Every store, every warehouse, every unit in transit. Each move is checked against what is really available and written to an append-only ledger, so the shelf and the screen agree.
- Twelve checkouts racing for the last five units: exactly five succeed
- Carts and orders reserve stock from the moment they exist
- Transfers between stores, and urgent stock moves asked for from the till
- An integrity check re-derives every cached number from its source of truth
Deals that apply themselves
Set an offer up once and the till does the rest: it finds the best deal for each customer, badges the products on offer and nudges when one more item would unlock a saving.
- Sales, buy X get Y, multi-buys with mix and match, and spend-and-save
- Aimed at everything, or at chosen categories, brands, products and tags, with dates
- Each saving is shared over the items that earned it, so a return refunds what an item really cost
- Loyalty points that turn into store credit, and coupons that stack unless an offer says no
Your shop, online — from the same shelf
Every business can open its own online shop at its own address. It sells from the same catalog and stock as the till, so an online order is just another order: reserved, taxed, invoiced and reported the same way.
- Six themes, each with three palettes, plus your colours and fonts
- Rendered on the server for search: rich product data, a sitemap per store, share cards
- Changes show at once — a new price is live for the next visitor
- Card checkout or cash on delivery, with offers and coupons at checkout
One engine behind every sale, wherever it starts.
Selling by the end of the day
Sign up in a minute
Confirm your email and name your business. It gets its own private space, and a short setup asks for your store, your sales tax and your first products.
Bring your catalog
Import products, stock and customers from a CSV or Excel file — or add them by hand. Barcodes are generated for anything without one.
Open a till, go live online
Name the tills, start a shift and sell. When you are ready, pick a theme and put the online store live from the same catalog.
Your till, your rules
Built for the people who answer for the cash drawer at the end of the night. Clear limits on who can do what, and a record of who did.
Ask us anythingEvery business walled off
Each organization’s catalog, stock, customers and sales are kept apart on every read and write — and a request with no organization is refused, never answered with everyone’s data.
Roles that fit the job
Admins, sale managers and cashiers each see what their work needs. Customer exports, discounts and price changes stay with the people trusted with them.
A manager’s PIN at the till
Refunds on the spot, pay-outs and returns without a receipt need a manager’s approval: single-use, five minutes, and recorded with who approved it.
Changes on the record
Sales, refunds, take-overs and settings changes leave a trail — on the order’s timeline and in the audit log.
Gift card codes stay secret
A gift card code is treated like cash: never shown back by the system, the last four digits only, and hidden in the copy of every email.
Money that adds up
Payments run once even if a button is pressed twice, every multi-step change is all-or-nothing, and an integrity check re-adds every balance from its ledger.
Questions, answered
Anything else? Email us — a human replies.
What hardware do I need?
A browser on a computer, an iPad or a phone. Barcode scanners that type like a keyboard (USB or Bluetooth) work anywhere on the till screen. Receipts, X and Z reports and barcode labels print from the browser, sized for 80 mm receipt printers and label sheets. A second monitor can face the customer.
Can I run more than one store?
Yes. Each store or warehouse keeps its own stock and tills. Move stock between them with transfers, see what other stores have from the till, and report on every store together or one at a time.
Which payments can I take?
At the till: cash, card, store credit, gift cards and any mix of them on one sale, with tips if you switch them on. Online: card checkout, or cash on delivery.
Does it handle sales tax?
Yes — DistrxPos is built for US retail. Tax rates stack by state, county and city, tax is worked out per line in exact cents, and tax-exempt customers are charged none, with their certificate number on the receipt and invoice.
How do returns work without a receipt?
Items are valued at today’s price, offers included, and refunded to store credit, a gift card or cash — always with a manager’s approval at the till. With a receipt, scan its barcode and refund to the original payment, store credit, or exchange.
How does the online store work?
Every business can open a shop on its own address, choose one of six themes and its colours, and decide which products are online. It sells from the same catalog and stock as the till, so an online order is reserved, taxed and invoiced exactly like a sale at the counter.
Can I bring my existing products and customers?
Yes. Import products, stock and customers from CSV or Excel. You see a preview of what will be added and updated before anything changes, and the import runs in the background.
Is my data kept apart from other businesses?
Yes. Every organization’s data is separated on every read and write, a customer belongs to one business even if the same person shops at several, and staff only see what their role allows.
What if the internet goes down?
The till in the browser says so and keeps selling. It holds a copy of your catalog, prices, offers and tax rates, takes cash while it is offline, gives each sale its own receipt number and sends the sales by itself when the connection is back. Cards, coupons, store credit and returns wait for the connection.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The DistrxPos app for iPhone, iPad and Android has the full till — the camera scans barcodes — plus sales, products and stock, customers and reports. Staff sign in with the same account and the same role as in the back office.
Can it check a customer’s age?
Yes. Give a product or a whole category a minimum age and a sale with it cannot be paid until the age has been checked: the cashier confirms they checked ID, or types the date of birth. The online store asks for a date of birth at checkout. The date of birth is never stored.
What does it cost?
You start on a free trial with everything included, and no card is asked for. After that you pay for what you keep: the point of sale, priced by the store each month, the online store, or both. Your plan, its price and every payment are shown in the app under Plan & billing.
