The officebehind the counter.
Orders, customers, invoices, tax and reports in one quiet back office that every role on the team can learn in an afternoon.
Where the day adds up
The same data the till writes, laid out for the person who answers for it.
Orders
Counter sales, back-office sales and online orders in one list, with status tabs, search, tags and a timeline on every order.
Customers
Contact details, addresses, notes, everything they bought, their store credit and their points. Tax-exempt customers carry their certificate.
Invoices
Gap-free numbers, a PDF with your logo, and a credit note for every return. Numbered for the business, or per store.
US sales tax
Rates stacked by state, county and city, worked out per line in exact cents, and reported by jurisdiction.
Reports
Net sales, orders, refunds, tax and discounts by day, by store and by team member, with best sellers, payment methods and tips.
Exports and imports
A CSV export on orders, customers, products, stock and invoices. Products, stock and customers come in from CSV or Excel.
Tags and bulk actions
Tag orders and products. Pick up to 100 orders to move a step, print as one PDF, export, tag or cancel together.
New sale
Take an order over the phone or for delivery from the back office, on the same calculator as the till.
Roles and records
Admins, sale managers and cashiers each see what their work needs, and what changes is written to the audit log.
Every order, one list
Wherever a sale started, it ends up here — with what was sold, how it was paid, who rang it up and everything that happened to it since.
- Status tabs, search, and a filter for each tag
- Move several online orders a step at once
- Print a pile of invoices as one PDF, one print dialog
- Cancelling in bulk is a manager’s job, and asks for a reason
Rows that add up
Every invoice line reads quantity, price, discount, tax and total, so each row adds up by itself. Tax is worked out per line, on what is left after every discount.
- State, county and city rates, stacked
- Tax-exempt customers are charged none, with the certificate number printed
- Credit notes show the tax credited per jurisdiction
- An invoice is frozen when issued: editing the customer later changes nothing
Roles that fit the job
A cashier never sees a screen they cannot use. Managers hold the discounts, the exports and the PIN. Admins set the business up.
- Customer exports, whole-sale discounts and price changes stay with managers
- A cashier can do more with a manager’s PIN — and it is recorded
- One email can belong to several businesses, and picks one at sign-in
- Sales, refunds, take-overs and settings changes leave a trail
Questions, answered
Anything else? Email us — a human replies.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Orders, customers, products, stock levels and invoices each export to CSV with the list’s own filters, up to 5,000 rows at a time, with times in your timezone.
Does it handle sales tax?
Yes — DistrxPos is built for US retail. Tax rates stack by state, county and city, tax is worked out per line in exact cents, and tax-exempt customers are charged none, with their certificate number on the receipt and invoice.
Can I bring my existing products and customers?
Yes. Import products, stock and customers from CSV or Excel. You see a preview of what will be added and updated before anything changes, and the import runs in the background.
Who can see what?
There are three roles: admin, sale manager and cashier. Each sees the screens its work needs. Things like exporting customers or discounting a whole sale stay with managers and admins.
Is my data kept apart from other businesses?
Yes. Every organization’s data is separated on every read and write, a customer belongs to one business even if the same person shops at several, and staff only see what their role allows.
