Clothing and boutiques

For shops where the size matters

One style, twenty variants, and a customer who wants the one you do not have on the floor.

Sizes and colours

One product with size and colour as options. Every combination is a variant with its own barcode, price and stock.

Exchanges in one step

Scan the receipt, take the M back, give the L. The difference is settled either way and the stock is right in both sizes.

Find it in another store

Out of a size? See which store has it from the till, and ask them to send it.

Gift cards

Physical cards for the counter and digital ones by email, with no expiry.

Points and store credit

Regulars earn points on every sale and turn them into credit. A return can go to credit instead of cash.

End-of-season sales

Tag a rail “summer” and take 30% off the tag for two weeks. It starts and ends by itself.

Swing tags and labels

Print barcode labels from the catalog, one per unit on hand, on a sheet or a thermal roll.

A season in one file

Import a new collection from Excel: rows with the same style name become one product with its sizes and colours.

A store online to match

Six themes, from clean to editorial, selling from the same stock as the shop floor.

Stock

Every size, on every rail

For each variant in each store: what is on hand, what is held for an open cart or an online order, and what is free to sell.

  • A sale at the till and an order online take from the same count
  • Transfers between stores, confirmed when they arrive
  • Low-stock lists per store
  • Counts from a phone, scanned with its camera

Returns

The wrong size is not a problem

Scan the receipt’s barcode and the sale is on screen. Refund to the original payment, to store credit, or swap for something else there and then.

  • An exchange is a return and a new sale in one step
  • The refund is what the item really cost after any offer
  • No receipt? Today’s price, with a manager’s approval
  • The stock goes back to the shelf you choose

Online store

The shop window that never closes

Open an online store on the same catalog. Choose a theme, your colours and which pieces are online; a size sold in the shop is gone from the site a moment later.

  • Six themes with three palettes each, and your own colours and font
  • Product pages built for search engines, with price and stock
  • Customer accounts, a wishlist and order tracking
  • Card checkout or cash on delivery

FAQ

Questions, answered

Anything else? Email us — a human replies.

Can I track sizes and colours?

Yes. A product can have options such as size and colour, and every combination is a variant with its own SKU, barcode, price and stock.

How do exchanges work?

Scan the receipt, choose what is coming back and what is going out instead. The till works out the difference — the customer pays it or gets it back — and updates the stock of both items.

Can I run a sale on part of the shop?

Yes. An offer can cover everything, or chosen categories, brands, products or tags, between the dates you set. It applies by itself at the till, and online if you switch that on.

Can I bring my existing products?

Yes. Import them from CSV or Excel. Rows that share a product name become one product, and their Size and Colour columns become its variants.

What hardware do I need?

A browser on a computer, an iPad or a phone. Barcode scanners that type like a keyboard (USB or Bluetooth) work anywhere on the till screen. Receipts, X and Z reports and barcode labels print from the browser, sized for 80 mm receipt printers and label sheets. A second monitor can face the customer.
