Stock that’s trueto the unit.
Every store, every warehouse, every unit in transit. Each stock move is checked against what is really available and written to a ledger that is never edited — so the shelf and the screen agree.
One count, everywhere you sell
The till, the back office and the online store all take from the same stock, through the same door.
A ledger behind every number
Receiving, selling, returning, counting and transferring are each a line in an append-only ledger: what moved, where, who did it and why.
No overselling
Stock is checked and taken in one step. Twelve checkouts racing for the last five units: exactly five go through.
Reservations
A cart, a draft and an online order hold their stock from the moment they exist, and let go of it when they are cancelled or abandoned.
Stores and warehouses
Each location keeps its own stock, and a store can have its own prices. See on hand, reserved and available for every location side by side.
Transfers
Send stock between locations. On the road it counts in neither store, and the receiving store confirms what arrived.
Urgent moves from the till
Out on the shelf? Ask another store for stock from the point of sale; they send it and you receive it, with a manager’s OK.
Low stock
Set the level that counts as low and see everything at or under it, store by store — in the back office and on your phone.
Counts and adjustments
Count a shelf and set what is really there. The difference is recorded as an adjustment, with the note that explains it.
Barcode labels
Print labels straight from the catalog on a 30-up sheet or a 2″ × 1″ roll, as EAN-13 or Code 128. Items without a barcode are given one.
Bring the whole catalog in one file
Products, stock and customers come in from CSV or Excel. You see exactly what the file will do before anything is written, and every problem is named by its row.
- CSV or Excel, up to 5,000 rows, with a template to start from
- A dry run shows what will be created, updated or skipped
- Rows that share a product name become one product, with sizes and colours as its variants
- Export, edit in Excel, import back — rows you did not touch change nothing
Proof, not trust
A number on a screen is a shortcut. Behind each one is a ledger, and a check that re-adds every balance from it — stock, store credit, points and gift cards alike.
- Every cached number can be re-derived from its source of truth
- A change with several steps happens completely or not at all
- Unpaid carts let go of their stock by themselves after a day
- A combo moves the stock of every item inside it
Questions, answered
Anything else? Email us — a human replies.
Can I run more than one store?
Yes. Each store or warehouse keeps its own stock and tills. Move stock between them with transfers, see what other stores have from the till, and report on every store together or one at a time.
Can I track sizes and colours?
Yes. A product can have options such as size and colour, and every combination is a variant with its own SKU, barcode, price and stock.
Do I have to count everything before I start?
No. Import your stock from a file as a count, or receive it as it arrives. You can correct a shelf at any time with a count, and the difference is recorded as an adjustment.
What happens to stock when an online order is placed?
It is reserved at once, so the till cannot sell the same unit, and it leaves the shelf when the order is dispatched. If the order is cancelled, or an unpaid card order is abandoned, the stock is released.
Can I print barcode labels?
Yes — from the product list or a product’s page, one label each or one per unit on hand, on a 30-up Letter sheet or a 2″ × 1″ thermal roll.
Ready to open the till?
The counter, the stockroom and the online shop on one engine — set up with you, and running by the end of the day.
